The Pampa Mundialista platform, through which the Undersecretariat of Youth of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Rights of La Pampa is supporting the 2026 World Cup, has surpassed 1,500 visits and has added a new feature for the final stage: starting with the Round of 16, each match of the Argentine National Team will have three winners per day, drawn from among those who registered for the challenge, either individually or in groups. The people win by participating, never by betting.
The site offers twenty games and generators for mobile phones or computers, without requiring registration: trivia, penalty and dribbling challenges, a tournament predictor, and generators to create your own sticker, player card, or ideal team. The heart of the initiative is the Pampa Mundialista Challenge, which can be played individually or in teams, similar to five-a-side football: as they play, young people collect stamps in a digital passport that allows them to participate in the prize draws.
Instagram is the initiative’s central channel: on the official account, young people upload their passports to their stories and share the creations they make in the games, and the winners for each round are announced there. In addition to these three prizes, there’s one more for graduating high schools that join the initiative on the same account. To participate, people have to play the game, complete the registration form, and follow the account.
The site also includes a mental health and support section, with information on how to help those going through a difficult time and encourages them to access specialized helplines.
The website was designed for everyone: groups of friends, families, and the general public can play and use the tools freely. The contest, however, has one requirement: having a Youth Card, for young people aged 14 to 30, the number of which is requested upon registration. The contest is currently running, and its rules and conditions are available on the platform. The official accounts are @pampamundialista and @juventud_lapampa.
In addition to the virtual proposal, since the first date the Casa de la Juventud Pampeana in Córdoba has been carrying out World Cup-themed recreational proposals for the pre-match activities, to then cheer on the team in the community and among people from La Pampa in that Province.
