The program aims to bridge the gap between technological training and the specific demands of the job market through intensive acceleration courses designed for individuals with prior knowledge of programming and digital technologies. The model combines technical assessments, hands-on labs, simulations of real-world work environments, and job placement support.

One of the key differentiators of this second cohort is the cross-cutting integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across all training pathways. With an AI-first approach, participants will learn to integrate AI tools and methodologies into their daily workflow, applying them to software development, testing, automation, cloud computing, DevOps, ERP, databases, and other high-demand technological specialties. Furthermore, it is specifically designed for developers and technology professionals seeking to enhance their careers by seamlessly integrating artificial intelligence into their work processes: from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance of real-world solutions.

The program is based on a clear premise: it is not looking for the perfect candidate, but rather individuals with potential, curiosity, and a desire for professional growth within a constantly evolving technological ecosystem. Through an evaluation and selection process, the group that will advance to the intensive acceleration stage will be formed.

The admissions process comprises three stages
#

As a first step, applicants must complete a form that gathers information related to their prior programming training, experience developing projects, ability to write and execute code in at least one language, availability to participate in the program, interest in working under an AI-first methodology, and residence or ability to relocate within the province for in-person activities.

Technical Evaluation Stage
#

Those who complete the form will be invited to take a technical evaluation that will measure fundamental skills for professional development in technology. The test will cover aspects of logic and algorithms, object-oriented programming, Git, SQL, and problem-solving through debugging.

AI-first Profile and Soft Skills
#

The third stage will assess the candidates’ relationship with continuous learning, the use of artificial intelligence tools in work environments, and their communication and collaboration skills within technology teams.

Based on the results obtained, a ranking of candidates will be created to select those who will join the various specialization tracks offered by the program.

Training geared towards market demands
#

Selected participants will have access to training programs in areas such as Backend, Frontend, Cloud, Mobile, DevOps, Quality Assurance (QA), and ERP, all guided by an AI-first approach that aims to prepare talent for the evolving job market within the technology industry.

In addition to technical acceleration, this edition incorporates a new job placement support component through a Job Bank staffed by specialized coaches. Graduates will receive assistance with resume writing, interview simulations, job search strategies, and connections with technology companies, strengthening their concrete employment prospects. CITIA Agency emphasized that this second edition is part of an ongoing strategy to strengthen the knowledge economy ecosystem, generate new technology job opportunities, and support the evolving profiles currently demanded by the industry.

Registration deadline: June 26, 2026.
