Echeveste emphasized the culinary aspect of the event, stating that **“it highlights our identity and customs, and it’s also an opportunity for visitors to the town to explore its trails, learn about its municipal district, and perhaps even visit La Gloria.”
“We understand that every gastronomic event held in the interior of our province generates an economic circuit, showcases artisans and entrepreneurs, and also highlights and celebrates the hospitality of its people,” he added.
And also noted that the Provincial Tourism Secretariat “will be offering a tasting of wines from La Pampa, with a local sommelier, so it’s a great opportunity to visit the region.”

Meanwhile, Aimetta explained that “the first experience was very enriching and allowed us to approach this ‘guiso carrero’ (traditional stew) with much more enthusiasm, leading us to consider not only holding a ‘guiso carrero’ competition, but also making it a true celebration, a folk music festival.”**
She also announced that ‘guiso carrero’ will be available for purchase, “made by the winners of the first edition. We will be offering a high-quality stew.”**
Regarding the artists, Aimetta announced that Nieves Cabral, La Chispa, and El Desarreglo will be performing. “There will also be folkloric performances by the Danza Libre and Agitando Pañuelos groups from the town of Uriburu,” she concluded.
