Tomorrow, at the Huerta workshop -free of charge- held at 2600 Palacios Avenue, there will be a talk on experiences in the transformation of fruits and vegetables through dehydration techniques.
The talk will be given by specialists from the Food Laboratory of the Faculty of Agronomy of the National University of La Pampa.
The organizers remind that tomorrow’s activity, May 19th, will begin at 9:30 AM at 2800 Palacios Avenue, Santa Rosa, La Pampa.
