La Pampa: The national call for entries for the 2026 Visual Arts Salon opens

The Secretariat of Culture of La Pampa, through the Provincial Museum of Arts (MPArtes), announced the opening of the call for the Visual Arts Salon of the Province of La Pampa – Drawing Section, 2026 Edition.

Participation requirements
#

The call is aimed at Argentine and foreign visual artists (with a minimum of two years of residence in the country), over 18 years of age. Each participant may submit only one (1) work with a free theme, complying with the requirements established in the current regulations.

2026 Timeline
#

The following deadlines are established:

Reception of folders (digital): from April 24 to June 2.

Folder selection: from 4 to 7 June.

Reception of physical works (selected): from 8 to 24 June.

Award Jury: June 26.

Opening of the Salon: July 3.

Closing: August 2.

Rewards and incentives
#

The Salon will award important economic distinctions and diplomas:

First Prize: $1,200,000 and Diploma. Acquisition of ‘Secretaría de Cultura’.

Second Prize: $1,100,000 and Diploma. Acquisition of ‘Secretaría de Cultura’.

Best Pampean Work: $1,200,000 and Diploma. Acquisition of ‘Secretaría de Cultura’.

Scholarships for the Encouragement of Pampean Artistic Creation (2): $1,000,000 and Diploma. ‘Fundación Banco de La Pampa’.
