The activity will take place on March 12 at 8 a.m. and will have the participation of the UNLPam’s Faculty of Agronomy, Aapresid, INTA, the College of Agricultural Engineers and the Soil Advisory Council. It will take place in the production establishment of Ortiz de Urbina S.A., a company that will share the management experience implemented in the field.
The proposal “seeks to show a real production experience that allows, in the face of the challenge of salinization, to identify strategies to sustain production systems and that producers and technicians in the region can evaluate alternatives and adapt them to their establishments,” said Natalia Ovando, director of Agriculture, to the Provincial News Agency.
The initiative is part of the actions promoted by the Directorate of Agriculture to strengthen technical support in the territory, promoting the exchange of knowledge between producers, professionals, academic institutions and organizations linked to the agricultural sector, the APN said.
