During 2025, the Museum welcomed 216 educational groups, marking a 20% increase over the previous year. This growth reflects the educational community’s commitment to expanding learning experiences beyond the classroom. Participation from institutions throughout the Province was distributed as follows: Santa Rosa, 66% of the groups came from schools and colleges in the capital city; and the remaining 34% traveled from 45 different locations within the Province.
The museum director, Daniel Pincén, told the Provincial News Agency about the effort of those who travel from afar. “We want to highlight the enormous effort of teachers and authorities from the interior of the province. For them, getting to the museum meant an average trip of 320 km (round trip). We are deeply grateful that they continue to choose the museum as a key space for learning.”
Strengthening ties to improve the experience #
In addition to the aforementioned levels, groups from institutions dedicated to educational inclusion, language teaching, and cultural workshops were also received. Pincén also addressed the challenges and continuous improvement of the service.
“This demand for educational visits requires us to manage information accurately to ensure an efficient application process, avoid overlaps, and provide the best experience. Our museum does not have staff dedicated exclusively to guided tours, so we redouble our efforts during peak periods. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our team for their daily commitment.”
Surveys #
To optimize service, the Museum sent a survey form to every person and institution that visited the place this year. The main objectives are: to understand the level of user satisfaction, to evaluate the performance of the application processes and the Museum staff, to develop new service alternatives, and to strengthen and build relationships with the entire educational community.
