As part of the celebrations for its 90 years of history, the Provincial Museum of Natural History, of the Culture’s Secretariat, invites the entire community to participate in a special day dedicated to one of its most fascinating areas: the Zoology Collection.
The activity will take place tomorrow, Wednesday 26 at 7:00 p.m., at the museum’s facilities, Quintana 116, Santa Rosa. During the presentation, a historical tour will be made of the collections that the institution has safeguarded from its beginnings to the present, highlighting how these pieces are fundamental to understanding the evolution and current state of the Pampas biodiversity.
A heritage of all #
The main objective of the proposal is to make visible the scientific and educational importance of this collection. These are not just objects of study, but a cultural and natural heritage that allows researchers and the general public to understand the changes in our environment over time.
The invitation is open to the general public, students, researchers and nature lovers who wish to learn more about the treasures kept by the Museum and celebrate its nine decades at the service of culture and science.
