La Pampa: New call for the Pampean Publishing Fund 2025: poetry, essay and narrative

The deadline for all genres is from Monday, November 3 to January 15, 2026.The bases and conditions to present in Poetry and Essay are:

1. All persons who can prove a residence of no less than five (5) years in the Province can participate.

2. Those interested must send 1 (one) digital copy of the work, signed with a pseudonym and in PDF format to the email: lapampaferiadellibro@gmail.com.
   The author’s real name may not appear in any way in the file to be submitted. If this requirement is not met, the presentation will be excluded.

3. The author’s data must be sent in another file (Word format) with the following information: surname and first names, document number, date and place of birth, current address, telephone number, social networks, time of residence in La Pampa and title of the work.

4. Times New Roman recommended font, size 12 or 14 and double line spacing.

5. The minimum number of pages must be 65 and A4 size.

6. The works to be submitted must be unpublished and original, without being a total or partial copy of existing writings; and they must not have been previously awarded or be pending decisions in any other instance (competitions, calls, prizes, etc.).

7. All works will be evaluated by a pre-selection jury, which will be formed for each genre, who will submit their decision to the FEP Honorary Commission and their subsequent consideration of which works to publish.

8. The submission of a work to this call will automatically imply the knowledge and full acceptance by the author of these rules. Those reports that do not meet any of the established requirements will be excluded from the call.

9. Any situation not foreseen in these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the Ministry of Culture of the Government of La Pampa.

In the case of the Narrative genre, the call is for a selection of stories.The terms and conditions are:

2. Those interested must send 1 (one) story of no more than two pages (A4 size), signed with a pseudonym and in PDF format to the email.The author’s real name may not appear in any way in the file to be submitted. If this requirement is not met, the presentation will be excluded.

3. The author’s data must be sent in another file (Word or PDF format) with the following information: surname and first names, document number, date and place of birth, current address, telephone number, social networks, time of residence in La Pampa and title of the work.
