La Pampa: Online course launched to obtain the food handling card

The online course to obtain the food handling card will be held on November 18 and 19 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., via Zoom, and is intended for all the people related to the gastronomic field in La Pampa

The Secretariat of Women, Gender and Diversity together with the Ministry of Health through the Department of Bromatology invited to the last online edition of the workshop for “Obtaining the food handling card”.The card is a fundamental and mandatory tool as established by the Argentine Food Code (CAA), for those people who are related to the food sector.

The document is valid throughout the territory of the Argentine Republic and is valid for three years from its issuance and must be renewed once it ends.

To obtain it once the course has been completed and the evaluation has been passed, people will have to present: photo of their ID (with address in La Pampa) personal card type, and certificate of complete vaccination, which can be requested at the local Health Center.

The meeting will take place on November 18 and 19 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., via Zoom and will be led by the Department of Bromatology of the provincial Ministry of Health.
