The meeting, organized by the Ministry and sponsored by Gentos S.A., the Agricultural Cooperative of Embajador Martini Ltd., the CIALP (Center of Agricultural Engineers of La Pampa), and the Municipality of Embajador Martini, will feature a presentation by Eric Scherger, a specialist in pasture and forage management.
The Directorate of Agriculture highlighted that these types of spaces allow for the transfer of technical knowledge and support producers in decision-making, in a context where the efficiency of land use and the improvement of forage resources are key to the competitiveness of the sector. Director Natalia Ovando highlighted to the Provincial News Agency (APN) that the recovery of saline lowlands “not only improves the forage base but also contributes to the environmental and economic sustainability of the establishments.”
