Native forest: field day announced in La Maruja

The La Pampa’s Ministry of Production, through the General Directorate of Natural Resources, invited to a field day at the La Alcancía establishment in La Maruja’s town, to showcase the work carried out regarding interventions and livestock management in the native forest.

The event will take place on September 19th starting at 9 AM, at La Maruja’s SUM headquarters, with the presentation of the activity led by the technicians from the General Directorate of Natural Resources.

Later the establishment owners, Ricardo Cao, Pedro Cao, Albino Cao & Estela Rodríguez, will refer to “Intensive livestock farming in La Pampa’s caldenal.”

Meanwhile, Horacio Illuminati, representative of AGA (Agricultural Union Association), will present: Implementation of practices in native forests to increase efficiencies in breeding herds.

Next, the attendees will move to the La Alcancía Establishment to continue with the practical part. It will conclude with a lunch at the Municipal SUM. This meeting is jointly organized by the Ministry of Production, the Municipality of La Maruja, and A.G.A. of Ingeniero Luiggi.
