Pico FBC and Campos de Acha in Volleyball #
The women’s volleyball, which took place at the SUM Plan 5000 court, Pico FBC (representing zone V), coached by Laura Barberis, was crowned champion after defeating Campos de General Acha (Zone IX) by 2 to 0.
Acha, who had been showing excellent play, encountered a superb Pico, who took advantage of the unforced errors of the opponent to secure the victory.
Meanwhile, School 221 (Zone VII) came in third by defeating Uriburu (IV), which finished fourth. Fifth was Ambassador Martini (I), sixth Arata (III), seventh Intendente Alvear (II), eighth Chacharramendi (X), ninth Jacinto Arauz (VIII), and tenth Telén (VI).
The men’s volleyball was played at the Butaló Sports Center. In the final, the team from Campos de General Acha was crowned champion by defeating Escuela 221 from Santa Rosa (Zone VII) 2 to 0. The municipal team from Bernasconi (VIII) placed third, having defeated Independiente from General Pico (V), which came in fourth.
Basketball #
On the field of Club Estudiantes, the All Boys team from Santa Rosa (representing Zone VII) won the Games by defeating Independiente from General Pico (Zone V) in the final by 41 to 37, in a dramatic match. The third place went to Ceriva from General Acha (IX) after defeating Vértiz (II) by 36 to 9.
Soccer #
In men’s football, which matches took place on the fields of Club Mac Allister, Toay (Zone IX) won the final against Caleufú (Zone III). Victorica (Zone VI) came in third. In women’s football, Telén (VI) took the first place by defeating Ingeniero Luiggi (Zone I). Guatraché (VIII) came in third position.
