The Scientific Pole will once again receive the National Robotics League

Its a zonal instance, promoted by the UNLPam’s Faculty of Engineering and institutionally accompanied by the CITIA Agency of La Pampa Government, which promises to bring together an outstanding variety of competition modalities, which will test technical knowledge, adaptability and creativity.

The National Robotics League will be held on September 27, at the Scientific and Technological Pole of La Pampa.

The presentation was led by CITIA’s Agency Director of Government, Fernando Stachiotti, the UNLPam’s Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Daniel Mandrile, the Secretary of Science and Technology, Guillermo Lafuente, the Undersecretary of Technologies, Communications and Infrastructure of the Ministry of Modernization and Connectivity, Lucas Gaggioli, and the Mayor of the City of General Pico, Fernanda Alonso.

In their interventions, the authorities highlighted the relevance of General Pico, once again; hosting this national competition, which promotes educational robotics, programming and applied technology as tools for learning, creativity and teamwork.

The Faculty of Engineering will be the organizing institution, providing technical and human infrastructure, in addition to the specific equipment required for the competition.

Meanwhile, the Government of La Pampa, through the CITIA Agency, makes available the facilities of the Scientific and Technological Pole and part of the technical team, thus reinforcing the collaborative nature of the event.

The competition will include different categories from the National Robotics League, including Sumo, Minisumo, Minisumo Pro, Speed Races, Pro Races, Maze and Soccer, which test both technical prowess and innovation in design.

Students from secondary school, university, tertiary and independent teams will participate, which makes the event a meeting and learning point, with representatives from various provinces of Argentina.

The National Robotics League became consolidated in the region as a key space for innovation, where teams from different locations participate in challenges that test problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively.
