La Pampa Government, through the I-COMEX Agency, invested in this exploratory mission in the town of Añelo, Neuquén, which allowed more than 20 companies from La Pampa access to strategic spaces, generate connections, and consolidate their presence in the value chain of Vaca Muerta.
Lastiri added that this experience opens new horizons for La Pampa companies on a complex context, where the national economic crisis strongly impacts SMEs, and where few areas, like Vaca Muerta, offer a respite from the widespread decline in sales.
The exploratory mission allowed La Pampa’s SMEs to access strategic spaces in the energy ecosystem, closely understand the functioning of the hydrocarbon value chain, and present their offerings in areas such as metalworking, construction, plastics, services for the oil industry, textiles, and food. This diversity reflects the capacity of the provincial production framework to integrate into a demanding and constantly growing market.
Companies from La Pampa participation allowed them not only to visualize real opportunities in the productive framework of Vaca Muerta but also to generate strategic connections and strengthen their positioning. In this regard, Facundo Martino, head of Grupo El Agro SRL, emphasized that the greatest value of the experience lay in the network that was built among the SMEs themselves.
“I believe we need to think about the concept of associativism to reach a market as large as Neuquén and Vaca Muerta. This has helped us strengthen business synergy and opens up the possibility of working more communally to be competitive”, Martino said.
*From the La Pampa’s government -added the APN-, a wide range of tools is being promoted to support the growth of SMEs, among which the Compre Pampeano program and the Business Center in Neuquén stand out. These initiatives, along with other instruments from the Ministry of Production, promote commercial development in La Pampa and strengthen its presence in strategic markets such as the Patagonian region.
The visit not only facilitated contacts with key stakeholders and technical visits to logistical and industrial hubs, but also strengthened ties among the La Pampa’s firms themselves, generating a relational capital that enhances their joint projection, explained APN.
