Access will be enabled starting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Pampetrol SAPEM offices and will contain all the primary technical information (without interpretation or projections), allowing each legislator to analyze and evaluate the data independently.
This supplementary report reinforces the Ministry of Energy’s position -stated the government- regarding the greater complexity of analysis and greater information provided by the Feasibility Study submitted to the Legislature, confirming that its conclusions arise mainly from the raw information provided by a Data Room.
Therefore, Feasibility Study already includes various scenarios related to royalties, access bonuses, and necessary investments for the best productive project in the area, as tools to establish the boundary conditions for the bidding process, authorities said

Confidentiality Agreement #
In compliance with current legislation on the protection of industrial, commercial, and contractual data, data must be treated strictly confidentially, as established in the Civil and Commercial Code and the Criminal Code.
It should be reiterated that the so-called “Data Rooms” are accessible to bidders within a specific stage of the bidding processes and no records have been found of these being sent to provincial legislatures. For this reason, it is prudent to protect the people, organizations and companies involved since the information contained in the Data Room includes sensitive and strategic technical data of high economic value, such as geological and electrical profiles, production history and infrastructure maps.
Access and consultations #
The link to the Data Room will be digital and will require the signing of a formal confidentiality agreement. It will allow those who enter to access the data room under secure and controlled conditions, allowing each legislator to conduct an independent analysis based on their own technical and political criteria, the official announce concluded.
