At the beginning of a new management term for the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Music (INAMU), with continuity in the leadership of the national body, the Institute announced, together with the Federal Music Assembly and in coordination with the Secretariat of Culture of La Pampa, a new Call for Applications and virtual training for AMA – Argentine Music Aggregator.
The activity will be aimed at musical artists registered with INAMU who have productions ready for distribution on digital platforms. During the meeting, the general operation of AMA, INAMU’s* tool for the digital distribution of Argentine music, will be presented. In addition, information will be provided on uploading songs, distribution on digital platforms, and collecting royalties for reproductions and other uses paid out by the platforms.
The Argentine Music Aggregator of INAMU allows groups and soloists to distribute their productions on more than 100 streaming, sales, and digital download platforms. It also provides guidance on the registration of works, rights related to musical activity, and best practices for digital distribution.
